Yaohui Han
Incoming Ph.D. Student @ Chinese University of Hong Kong
Hi! I am Yaohui Han (韩耀辉), an incoming Ph.D. student at Departmanet of Computer Science and Engineering, Chinese University of Hong Kong, under the supervision of Prof. Tsung-Yi Ho. Before this, I obtained my bachelor's degree at Central South University, where I was very fortunate to be advised by Prof. Anfeng Liu. In 2021, I obtained my high school diploma at Northeast Yucai School in Shenyang.
During the past years, I have actively participated in several projects and competitions. This gave me strong problem-solving skills. Currently, my research interest is Artificial Intelligence for Electronic Design Automation. I am always looking for potential collaboration opportunities. If you have any idea on research in related fields, please feel free to contact me!
During my leisure time, I am also an enthusiast of basketball🏀, astronomy🔭 and photography📷, and always willing to try new things.

Expert Systems With Applications (ESWA) 2024 Journal
We propose an Integration of Individual and Collaborative Abilities based Dynamic Worker Selection (IICA-DWS) algorithm to recruit excellent workers as a team in a high-quality and low-cost style. In the IICA-DWS algorithm, each worker’s individual ability and collaborative contribution to the team are evaluated more accurately using the Approximate Shapley Value (ASV). In addition, a high-quality team formation method is established to complete complex tasks at low cost. This involves the selection of both team leaders and team members. In this process, the Multi-Armed Bandit (MAB) model is adopted to dynamically select excellent workers using exploration and exploitation phases. Lastly, the IICA-DWS algorithm is evaluated through theoretical analysis and experimental results.
